Marina Helou

Marina Helou is serving her second term as a State Deputy in São Paulo for the Sustainability Network (Rede Sustentabilidade). Her main priorities include childhood, the environment and sustainable development, and human rights, as well as ensuring a safe life for women and girls. She is the mother of Martin and Lara and an advocate for politics grounded in dialogue, transparency, and participation. Marina is the author and co-author of more than 20 laws in the state of São Paulo. She also serves as the Coordinator of the Environmental Parliamentary Front of the State of São Paulo and the National Network of State Environmental Parliamentary Fronts.
