Cíntia Sanchez, 44, mother of Francisco, is a cook, social project manager, and food activist for over 24 years. A participant in *MasterChef Professionals 5* in 2023, she advocates for the democratic right to quality food and for causes that expose major social injustices in Brazil. She currently coordinates the *Instituto É Tudo Pra Ontem* and leads the consulting and catering service *Manje Ltda.*
