Stefano Gatti is the Superintendent for Sustainability and Impact at Desenvolve SP, the development agency of the State of São Paulo. He leads the structuring and consolidation of the sustainability department, developing governance, policies, and strengthening the climate finance agenda. His work focuses on advancing financial solutions aimed at generating greater positive social and environmental impact and promoting resilient territorial development. He is also actively involved in institutional coordination with public bodies, the private sector, and international organizations, in addition to serving on the institution’s Investment Committee, where he integrates social and environmental criteria into strategic decision-making. With over 12 years of experience in sustainability, he has also worked in the financial sector, agribusiness, reverse logistics, and consulting.
