Rafael Benini

Holding a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo (USP), he worked at the State Transport Agency (Artesp) from 2013 to 2019, serving as the Director of Economic Control from 2015 to 2019, and at the Logistics Planning Company (EPL) as the Director of Planning from 2019 to 2022. He was responsible for structuring over 10 highway concessions, including Tamoios and Dutra in São Paulo; more than 30 port lease agreements, among them the pulp, fuel, grain, fertilizer, and container terminals at the Port of Santos; 5 regional airports, such as Campinas-Amarais, Jundiaí, Bragança Paulista, Itanhaém, and Ubatuba; in addition to the Fiol (West-East Integration Railway) in Bahia, and was one of the individuals responsible for the National Logistics Plan 2035.
