PhD researcher at the University of Brasília’s Graduate Program in Development, Society and International Cooperation, focusing on urban sustainability and climate governance. With over two decades of experience in public service and multilateral diplomacy, she has served in Azerbaijan’s diplomatic missions to the United Nations and the European Union, headed the Department of Arts and Intangible Cultural Heritage at the Ministry of Culture, and participated in national inter-agency commissions on urban and regional development.
