Debora Pierini Longo

Civil Engineer, graduated in 2003 from UNIP. Holds an MBA in Strategic Socio-Environmental Management from FGV, and an MBA in PPP and Concessions from Fundação Escola de Sociologia e Política de São Paulo (FESPSP), with an international module at the London School of Economics (LSE). Working at Sabesp since 1995, she served as a data processing technician, technical planning manager for the west unit, division manager for major consumers in the west, department manager for UGR Butantã, Superintendent of the North Operational Unit, Superintendent of the West Operational Unit, Executive Assistant for the People and Management Directorate, and is currently the Executive Director of Operations and Maintenance.

Sanitation for All: Solutions for Traditional and Vulnerable Communities

Universal access to basic sanitation remains one of the greatest challenges for overcoming social inequalities and promoting health and dignity. In rural territories or areas experiencing vulnerability, such as slums and stilt-house communities, the obstacles are even greater. The panel's objective is to share experiences and identify ways to ensure sanitation reaches everyone, respecting cultural and environmental specificities, and contributing to building a more just and sustainable future.
