Claudia holds a postgraduate degree in Economics and Corporate Sustainability Management from the Institute of Economics at UFRJ, a degree in Social Communication from UFRJ, and a postgraduate degree in Sustainability Management from Fundação Dom Cabral. For over 25 years, she managed communications for major national and international brands in the advertising market in Brazil and Latin America. Since 2000, she has managed a positive impact program in Baixada Fluminense (Rio de Janeiro) and takes pride in being a social entrepreneur for more than 30 years—an experience that has also helped her enhance her work on positive impact strategies and projects for the private sector. Passionate about people and good ideas, she believes she can make a difference in building a scenario where companies, brands, and society have a healthy and fair relationship.

Urban Rivers: Pathways to Decontamination and Recovery

One Health: Integrated Response to the Climate Crisis

The One Health approach recognizes the interdependence between human, animal, and environmental health, proposing integrated responses to climate crises and their impacts on ecosystems, communities, and health systems. Climate change increases the incidence of infectious diseases and affects food security, water quality, and mental health, requiring coordinated action across different sectors. This panel will discuss strategies that strengthen the resilience of populations and ecosystems. Opportunities for research, technology, and intersectoral collaboration to prevent health risks associated with climate change will also be addressed.

Basic Sanitation and the Challenge of Universalization

São Paulo is a national and international benchmark for adopting a concession contract model in the sanitation sector that, in much of the state, accelerated the universalization of sanitation by three years relative to the deadline stipulated by the Legal Framework. The panel will discuss this model and the state's challenges on the path toward universalization, considering all municipalities in São Paulo. It will address the role of the state, municipal administrations, and the private sector in this journey, the necessary investments, and the regulatory and infrastructural challenges.
