An architect and urban planner specializing in Strategic Sustainability Management, with over 25 years of experience in socio-environmental projects in Brazil and countries like Mozambique, Venezuela, and Uruguay. She is currently the Director of Operations and Co-CEO at Synergia Socioambiental, a consultancy firm. Over the course of her career, she has coordinated socio-environmental consulting projects for major ventures in the mining, energy, and logistics sectors, including remediation efforts for technological disasters that have occurred in the last decade. In these situations, she has led teams responsible for community relocation, conflict mediation, socioeconomic-territorial diagnostics, and compensation programs, always focusing on social inclusion, participatory territorial development, and environmental integrity.
