Luciana Nicola is a Partner and Director of Institutional Relations and Sustainability at Itaú Unibanco and a member of the administrative board of the UN Global Compact in Brazil. She holds a law degree with specializations in Corporate Communications and a master's in Public Leadership and Management from CLP, having completed a module at Harvard. She has also worked with the Todos Pela Saúde initiative and was the visionary behind the Bike Itaú program. At the bank, she leads the ESG strategy, with particular emphasis on steering the climate agenda.
