A mechanical engineer, graduated from PUC (Minas Gerais), he worked at Sudecap and Vale. He served as an executive director at Cushman & Wakefield. From 1995 onwards, he acted as CEO of several major companies across different sectors, including: Semco Johnson Controls, SMV (Facilities), Semco Serviços Integrados (a holding company with businesses in HR, BPO, Technology, Financial Services, and business leverage), ISS Service Systems, AGV Logística, BRF Latam, JSL Logística, and Semco Partners (a holding company with businesses in Education, Hotels, Real Estate, Consulting, Construction, Energy, and Financial Services). In 2022, he worked as a special advisor to the then Minister of Economy, Paulo Guedes. He is currently a partner and Vice President of Strategy and Business at Grupo H, Chairman of the International Council of Brasil Export, and a member of several corporate boards.
