Fernando Bernardes

Environmental Engineer with a master's degree in Environmental Technologies and a PhD in Environmental Sanitation and Water Resources from the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul. He has worked in the Basic Sanitation sector as Director of the Environment Coordination Office at the Court of Accounts of Mato Grosso do Sul, primarily in the areas of urban solid waste management, reverse logistics, and recycling. He is currently the CEO of the Custody Center and a UN Consultant in the field of solid waste.
