Angela Vidal Gandra da Silva Martins is a Brazilian lawyer and legal scholar. She holds a Postdoctoral degree in Philosophy of Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (São Paulo), a PhD in Philosophy of Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), a Master's in Philosophy of Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), and a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of São Paulo (USP).
