Marcus William Oliveira

Founder and CEO of Circular Brain, a circular-tech company specialized in digital solutions for the Circular Economy. He holds a degree in Biomedicine, a Master's in Toxicology from the University of São Paulo (USP), an MBA in Sustainability from FGV/SP, and a certification in Disruptive Strategy from Harvard Business School. He was a researcher at Trinity College Dublin and served as CEO of Grupo Reciclo for 10 years. He has held the position of Sustainability Director at ABERE and was a member of the National Solid Waste Policy (PNRS) Working Group. With extensive national and international experience in electronics recycling, he has been a speaker at global events such as E-Scrap (USA), E-Waste Academy (UN), Berlin Boot Camp, and E-Waste World Expo (2023/2024). A winner of the 2025 Green Parliamentarian Award, he currently serves as a consultant for JICA on reverse logistics financing policies and incentives in Brazil and is a recognized authority on traceability, urban mining, and innovation applied to e-waste management.
