Anderson Marcio de Oliveira

He holds a Master's degree in Regulatory Law and Public Law, with extensive experience in structuring infrastructure projects in the railway, port, and electrical energy sectors. He worked in the Project Structuring Division of the Brazilian National Bank for Economic and Social Development (BNDES) and as a lawyer analyzing financing using resources from the Amazon Fund, established by the Norwegian government for forest preservation. He served as a Director in the Investment Partnership Program of the Presidency of the Republic, responsible for monitoring and structuring projects related to the electrical energy sector in generation, transmission, and distribution segments. He also worked at the Ministry of Mines and Energy, advising the Executive Secretary in coordinating actions in the electrical energy, oil and gas, and mining sectors.
