Brendon Ramos

Brendon Azevedo Ramos possesses over ten years of experience in buy-side, asset management, and sell-side activities, and currently serves as the CEO of Via Appia Concessões, in addition to being a Partner at Starboard Partners. At Starboard Partners, he previously held the positions of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Risk Officer (CRO). Prior to joining Starboard Partners, he worked at Fundação Atlântico, where he performed buy-side analysis and portfolio and risk management, with a focus on private equity and structured credit. Before his work at Fundação Atlântico, he gained experience at a boutique firm focused on real estate sell-side, involving pricing, investor relations, brokerage, as well as business consultancy, addressing strategic planning and feasibility studies. In addition to investment management and capital markets transactions, he was involved in judicial and consensual debt restructurings. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), and a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Law from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV-RJ).
