Cintia Oller Cespedes

Cintia is the Sustainability Manager at the Brazilian Federation of Banks (Febraban), responsible for coordinating and executing projects and initiatives related to the management of social, environmental, and climate risks in the banking sector, as well as promoting sustainable finance and integrating ESG aspects into banking business. With over 15 years of experience in the sustainability field, she has worked on environmental impact assessment projects, consulting, auditing, and certification at companies such as CETESB, UL Solutions, and PwC. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management from the University of São Paulo (USP), a certification in Sustainable Production Management, and an MBA in Sustainable Development and the Circular Economy.
