Bruno Dalcolmo

Bruno Dalcomo holds a degree in International Relations from the University of Brasília and a Master’s in International Political Economy from the London School of Economics (LSE). He has extensive experience in the public sector, having served at the Ministry of Finance, ANAC (Brazilian Civil Aviation Agency), and the Office of the Chief of Staff of the Presidency. He was also Secretary at the Ministry of Economy, Executive Secretary at the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, and Executive Secretary at the Ministry of Health. His key areas of contribution include competition policy, infrastructure economic regulation, international air transport liberalization, labor market reform, business environment simplification, and employment protection programs during COVID-19. Since 2024, he has served as Institutional & Regulatory Director at Comgás, leading the company’s engagement with the Executive and Legislative branches to promote public policies for the development of the natural gas market and the energy transition through biomethane.
