With over 20 years of experience in the social sector, she co-founded and co-leads Movimento UniãoBR since 2020 — a nonpartisan organization that operates in humanitarian crises and environmental disasters, serving as a bridge between those who want to help and those in need.
UniãoBR aims to leave a lasting social legacy by connecting members of its network with local social organizations. To date, it has raised more than R$400 million and assisted over 30 million people. For her work with UniãoBR, she was recognized with the Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2020.
In 2014, she co-founded Transforma Recife, a volunteer platform of the Recife City Hall that brings together 200,000 volunteers, 800 social organizations, and has already accumulated 2.7 million hours of volunteer work. For this initiative, she received the InovaCidade Award (2016), recognized by UN-Habitat.
She holds a degree in Business Administration from FAAP and a postgraduate degree in Management and Social Entrepreneurship from the University of São Paulo (USP). She began her career developing social projects in Recife, São Paulo, Venezuela, and Mozambique with the company Diagonal.
