Natalia Marcassa

Natalia Marcassa holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (2006), a specialisation in Land Transport from the Polytechnic School of the University of Rio de Janeiro (2006), and a degree in Economic Sciences from the State University of Londrina (2003). She has served as a Director at the National Land Transport Agency (ANTT), Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Transport, Sub-Chief of Coordination and Monitoring at the Presidency’s Chief of Staff Office (Casa Civil), and Secretary of Promotion, Planning and Partnerships at the Ministry of Infrastructure. She has also worked as a Consultant at the IFC (World Bank) in Washington and as CEO of the Multisetorial Infrastructure Investors Association (Moveinfra). She is currently the Vice President of Regulatory, Institutional & Communication at Rumo.
