A graduate in Computer Technology from ITA, with specializations from Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, INSPER, and the University of Cambridge, she has held leadership positions at ABN/Real, Santander, and FEBRABAN. She currently works as a Consultant at Fractal, focusing on the sustainable transformation of businesses. She coordinates Financial Sector Engagement at the Brazil Climate Finance Hub and Sustainable Finance for the Brazilian Forum on Climate Change. She is also a member of various sustainability-related committees, including the National Climate Change Fund (Fundo Nacional de Mudanças Climáticas), FIESP, SEBRAE, DEEP ESG, and Impacta Finanças Sustentáveis. Furthermore, she lectures at renowned institutions such as FDC, FAAP, IBMEC, and IDP.
