Nathalie Vidual

Nathalie Araujo Vidual joined the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários - CVM) in 2012 as an Analyst. In 2021, she assumed the role of Manager of Securitisation Supervision and, in 2023, became Superintendent of Investor Protection and Sustainable Finance. In her current position, Nathalie develops activities related to financial education, investor services, and sustainability. She represents the CVM at the Financial Innovation Lab (Laboratório de Inovação Financeira - LAB), where she is directly involved in discussions and projects related to the promotion of Green Finance, ESG Transparency, Taxonomy, Blended Finance, and Diversity and Inclusion. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Brasília and an MBA in Finance, Investments, and Risk from FGV-Rio de Janeiro.
