This panel explores how the valuation of ecosystems and the view of nature as an asset can drive strategic investments in Nature-based Solutions (NbS). Experts will discuss the role of forests, rivers, and oceans as essential natural infrastructure, highlighting the financial instruments that make conservation and regeneration viable economic strategies. The debate proposes a paradigm shift: protecting nature not merely as an ethical duty, but as an intelligent decision for confronting the climate crisis and building a regenerative economy.
