Luciana Feldman

Luciana Feldman holds a degree in Advertising, Public Relations, Communication, and Marketing from Mackenzie University, and a postgraduate degree in Gerontology from FAPSS. She began her public service career in 2005 at the São Paulo City Hall’s Secretariat of Participation and Partnership (now the Secretariat of Human Rights). Her tenure at the City Hall also includes a role as communications director for the Secretariat of Green and the Environment, and she currently serves as Chief of Staff for the Executive Secretariat for Climate Change. She previously dedicated 18 years to working at the São Paulo City Council.

Extreme Events: Resilient Cities in the Context of Climate Change

Experts address public policy, climate governance, and green innovation as fundamental pillars for building resilient, safe, and inclusive cities. The panel proposes integrated solutions, where technology and urban planning converge to protect vulnerable populations and reduce future risks.

SP Zero Carbon and An eye on COP 30 Awards Ceremony

The top four winners of the SP Zero Carbon Award, promoted by the Secretariat of Environment, Infrastructure and Logistics of the State of São Paulo, will be recognized. These are four projects from companies or entities in the focus areas of energy transition, ecological restoration, circularity, and sustainable mobility, which placed first in the Award's first phase and were submitted to popular voting throughout the month of October. The award aims to incentivize innovative solutions for decarbonization. The 'An eye on COP 30' Award, promoted by the São Paulo Municipal Secretariat of Education, which sponsored pedagogical actions in municipal schools, will also be presented.
