Alexandre Uehara

Coordinator and Professor of the International Relations program, Academic Coordinator of the Brazilian Center for International Business and Corporate Diplomacy Studies (CBENI DiC) and the Center for Asian Business Studies (NENA). He holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of São Paulo (2001), where he also earned his Master's degree. In Japan, he was a visiting researcher at Keio University (1993) and Sophia University (1999-2000). At the University of São Paulo, he is a professor in the Graduate Program in Japanese Language, Literature, and Culture (FFLCH); a member of the International Affairs Analysis Group/USP; and a Senior Researcher at NUPRI/USP, where he coordinates the Asian Studies Group (GEASIA).
