Ernesto Sampaio

Ernesto Sampaio holds a Master’s degree in Naval Sciences, an MBA in Business Management from COPPEAD Graduate School of Business at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), and training in Supply Chain Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). He has extensive experience in the port, maritime, and waterway sectors, having served in the Brazilian Navy, the National Department of Transport Infrastructure (DNIT), and the National Secretariat for Ports. He was a Ship Commander, Naval Attaché at the Brazilian Embassy in Spain, and Director of Port Management at Companhia Docas do Pará.
