One of the founders of Rede Cidadã, he holds a degree in Social Sciences and a postgraduate qualification in People Management. He served as the Human Resources Director, Secretary of Administration, and Secretary of Citizenship Rights in the Belo Horizonte City Government. He is a Systemic Therapist and co-author of the methodology for Consciousness Expansion, which has already been applied to over 16,000 people. He has led the social inclusion of more than 148,000 people into the workforce.

Transformative Values: Sustainability Beyond ESG

This panel proposes an immersion into the ethical dimension of sustainability, questioning the limits of traditional ESG indicators and highlighting the importance of values that guide public, private, and community decisions. The discussion will address the coherence between discourse and practice, based on the premise that there is no lasting just transition without an ethical foundation.
