José Police Neto

José Police Neto is the current Undersecretary of Urban Development for the State of São Paulo, responsible for coordinating the nine metropolitan regions of São Paulo and the urban agglomeration of the municipality of Franca. He also serves as Coordinator of the Housing, Real Estate, and Regulation Center at the Center for Urban Studies – Arq.Futuro Insper. He served as a city councilor in the state capital for 20 consecutive years, most notably as president of the São Paulo City Council in 2011 and 2012.
