She holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and is currently pursuing a Professional Master's in Public Policy and Management at the Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and an MBA in Economic Development and Public Finance at PUC Minas. She serves as the Undersecretary for Competitiveness and Economic and Regional Development in the São Paulo State Department of Economic Development, contributing to the formulation and implementation of public policies focused on promoting competitiveness and the economic and territorial development of the State of São Paulo. She previously worked in the Office of the Chief of Staff of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, assisting in the design and planning of policies and programmes aimed at sustainable economic development. She also held the position of Economic Development Coordinator for the City of São Paulo, where she coordinated the development process of the Municipal Economic Development Plan – the city's first economic development plan, launched in January 2022. She has experience in the areas of public policy design and analysis, project development and management, and advocacy.
