He currently serves as Executive Director at AENA Brasil, the world’s largest airport operator, overseeing Congonhas Airport in São Paulo. He has previously held roles such as CEO of Belo Horizonte International Airport (Confins) and Superintendent of New Business at Grupo CCR (now Motiva). With 34 years of experience in leadership, management, business development, marketing, and sales, Kleber has worked with both national and multinational companies, including Shell, Intelig Telecom, and Grupo Libra.
