Konrad Dantas, 37, is the founder of KondZilla, a leading music label and production company. He has been nominated for an International Emmy Award and three Latin GRAMMY Awards. Konrad is the creator of the largest YouTube channel in Latin America, boasting over 68 million subscribers and more than 40 billion views.
He is currently enrolled in the OPM66 (Owner/President Management) executive education program at Harvard Business School, where he also completed BEMS (The Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sports) in 2024.
As the creator, executive producer, and showrunner of the global Netflix hit “Sintonia”, Konrad led the series to become a #1 Global Top Title with five seasons and the winner of the Grande Prêmio do Cinema Brasileiro.
He is also the founder of Instituto KondZilla, a non-profit organization that has trained over 1,000 young people online and 200 in person, promoting productive inclusion and creative economy within Brazil’s favelas.
Konrad has won five Cannes Lions, seven CLIO Awards, and the Prêmio Caboré for Best Advertising Production Company. He has been recognized by Forbes (Under 30 and The Founders lists), named an International Power Player by Billboard, honored as GQ’s Man of the Year, and selected as one of the 100 Most Influential People of African Descent by MIPAD at the United Nations.
