Marcelo Cardinale Branco

An Administrator with a Master's degree in Science from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo, he has served as the Municipal Secretary of Transport in São Paulo, where he presided over the Traffic Engineering Company (CET) and São Paulo Transportes (SPTrans). Previously, he worked as the Secretary of Urban Infrastructure and Works, during which time he also presided over the Municipal Urbanization Company of São Paulo (EMURB). He also served as the Municipal and State Assistant Secretary of Housing, President of the State Housing and Urban Development Company (CDHU), and Administrative Director of the Metropolitan Housing Company of São Paulo (COHAB).

Urban Redevelopment and Sustainable Transformation: The Case Study of São Paulo’s New Center
