Former National Secretary for Climate Change and International Relations and National Secretary for the Amazon and Environmental Services, currently serving as the Focal Point in Brazil for the UN Climate Change Global Innovation Hub. He is the author and coordinator of the Guidelines for a National Climate Neutrality Strategy, the National Biomethane Programme (Metano Zero Programme), and was President of CONAREDD (National Commission for Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation). He is an Environmental Manager with a Postgraduate qualification in Sustainability, and is a Partner at Eco Fusion Expo, President of ICT Sigma, and Founder of Vivens Business School and YvY Capital.
