Pedro Saad

Pedro Saad has a long-standing career spanning over 15 years leading the production of documentaries and books related to these issues. In the academic field, he teaches disciplines linked to cultural project management at PUC-SP and ESPM, supported by his doctoral thesis “Companies and SDGs: Prioritising Sustainable Actions with the Highest Economic, Social, and Environmental Returns for Humanity” (2018), and his master’s dissertation “The Study of the Potential Role of Distance Learning in Democratising Access to Higher Education in Brazil” (2010), both defended at PUC-SP. At the recommendation of UNESCO’s headquarters in Paris, he edited the commemorative book for the agency’s 70th anniversary and coordinated editorial and audiovisual projects on the World Heritage sites of Brazil and all African countries. His appointment as an SDG 17 Impact Leader by the UN Global Compact in 2020, along with his role as a member of the ESPM Council of Notables, underscores his commitment to promoting cultural, social, and environmental development in the country.
