Rafael Toniato Mangerona

Rafael Toniato Mangerona is a lawyer, specialized in Constitutional and Administrative Law, with extensive experience in public administration. He previously served as Legal Manager at the São Paulo Metropolitan Trains Company (CPTM), where he led projects focused on institutional efficiency and legal security. He has solid experience in team management and leadership, promoting technical training and the development of integrated programs across multiple areas of administration, aimed at diagnosing and implementing joint solutions to improve public policies. He currently serves as the Deputy Municipal Secretary for Urban Mobility and Transport of the City of São Paulo, responsible for coordinating public policies in the field. He is also the Executive Secretary of the Municipal Committee for Road Use (CMUV) and participates in strategic committees related to major international events.
