Totó Parente

Totó Parente holds a degree in Marketing and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Cultural Management and the Creative Industries. He began his career as a special advisor in the Government of Mato Grosso and later in the Federal Senate. Totó served as a City Councilor in Cuiabá, where he created the *Passeio Livre Law*, which guarantees free transportation for students. He has also held technical and institutional leadership positions at the National Secretariat for the Development of the Midwest Region, Embratur, the Ministry of Tourism, and the Ministry of Planning.
